When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

Open the shipping confirmation email from The Plant Pole Co.

Click the "Track your package" link inside the email.

You'll be taken directly to the USPS tracking page for your shipment.
Can't find your confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. Confirmation emails are sent from [email protected] within a few minutes of your order being placed.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't received a shipping notification, please reach out and we'll look into it.
