Shipping Rates
We use flat rate shipping based on packaging, set to closely match actual shipping costs. We do our best to keep rates as affordable as possible.
Bendable Moss Poles

Up to 4 bendable moss poles ship together for a flat $15 rate. 5–20 poles ship for $30.
Hydration Core Moss Poles

| 13+ poles | $50.00 per box (up to 12 poles each) |
Hydration Core poles require protective packaging. Rates are based on box capacity — larger orders are grouped into boxes of up to 12 poles each.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is free — no shipping or handling fees of any kind. Contact us at [email protected] after placing your order to arrange a pickup time and location.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. For shipping inquiries outside this area, please contact us directly.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.
- ✓ Item must be unused and unassembled
- ✓ Original packaging must be intact
- ✓ Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
